URBANE: Exploring our Urban Relationship to Food was curated by Allison Palenske (The Dinner Lab) as part of the Edible Cities Edinburgh event series. The exhibition took place 19th-25th February 2015 at Tent Gallery (Edinburgh, UK). The programme included artist talks by Alex Wilde and Clem Sandison (Open Jar Collective) and Jonathan Baxter (Dundee Urban Orchard), followed by a Green Tease gathering with Creative Carbon Scotland to close the exhibition.
